Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada is seeking a dynamic Education Outreach Manager to recruit schools and education-focused organizations to participate in JA programs, including JA BizTown, JA Finance Park, classroom-based programs, and career readiness initiatives for students K–12th and young adults ages 18–25. This relationship-driven role is all about building strong connections with schools and education partners—primarily within CCSD, but also charter, private, and alternative education providers—to expand access to JA programming. The Education Outreach Manager engages prospective partners, presents program offerings, and then coordinates a seamless handoff to the appropriate program manager for scheduling and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and re-engage schools/organizations for JA programs
- Build strong relationships with educators and administrators
- Present JA program offerings to decision-makers
- Facilitate timely handoff to program managers
- Represent JA at education and community events

Qualifications (required)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in outreach, partnerships, or recruiting
- Knowledge of the Southern Nevada education landscape preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Qualifications (desired)

PREFERRED (Nice to Have):
- Experience presenting to educators or school leaders
- CRM/database experience
- Event or program promotion experience
