Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulations:
1. NRS 462.180 and Regulation 4A.050 which requires ticket purchasers be physically present in Nevada at time of purchase.
2. Regulation 4A.040 requires that all persons purchasing a ticket for this charitable raffle must be at least 21 years of age. Any potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchaser is determined to have violated Nevada laws or regulations.
3. Each purchaser must provide proof confirming the purchaser is physically located in Nevada at the time of each purchase and is at least 18 years of age for a charitable lottery with cash prizes or 21 years of age for entry to play a charitable game.
4. Any potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchaser is determined to have violated Nevada laws or regulations.
