Traditional Education Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Traditional Education Program Coordinator to support the delivery and growth of our in-classroom and community-based programs. This role works closely with schools, educators, and community partners to bring impactful learning experiences to students from elementary through young adult (age 25). This position will primarily focus on secondary programs (middle school, high school, and 18–25) while partnering closely with our Elementary Program Coordinator to support all traditional programming.

Primary Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and deliver Junior Achievement programs in schools and community settings
- Build and maintain relationships with teachers, schools, and partners
- Manage program scheduling, materials, and logistics
- Lead and support key student-facing events and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality program execution
- Track program data and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Support volunteers during program delivery

Work Environment & Schedule
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional early mornings or evenings
- Occasional Saturday support based on program or event needs (flexible scheduling provided)
- Regular travel to schools and partner sites throughout Southern Nevada
- Combination of in-office and off-site work

Qualifications (required)

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, nonprofit, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or youth development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Qualifications (desired)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with K–12 students or young adults
- Familiarity with classroom or education-based programs
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Experience with CRM systems (Blackbaud preferred)
